New Deadline for the Abstract Submission!

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

As many of the interested contributors have kindly requested a time extension for abstracts preparation and submission, the corresponding deadline is shifted 2 weeks later than the initially scheduled. So, the new deadline for Abstracts submission is October 31, 2006. 

You are kindly asked to try meeting this deadline and submit your abstracts electronically by 31st October 2006. For those of you, who have already done so, please, ignore this reminder. All abstracts will be reviewed and authors will be notified about acceptance of their paper by 20th November 2006. Kindly be informed that the deadline for the final paper submission remains 31st January 2007.
